Our studio is therapeutic, empowering and full of support. We run small classes so that we are able to provide personalized care, individual attention and inspiration. We are looking for students who want to take greater control over their health and well-being; those who may feel they do not fit the idea of the typical yoga student and those who may be less flexible. Yoga should be accessible and safe for everyone, letting each student progress at his or her own pace. Yoga is a physical, progressive learning process which takes time and commitment. We all want to age in a graceful and holistic way. Yoga can be the key to creating that foundation and to living a healthier life.
